Use of KryptoAds Network is subject to the following "Terms and Conditions". You must agree with these to continue using our Advertising Network. Changes to our site policies may be made without notice.
Important preliminar Advise
While traffic exchange services may help bring traffic to your site, we don't recommend using them, as they may lead to invalid clicks or impressions and result in your account being disabled.
Our program policies strictly prohibit any means of artificially generating ad impressions or clicks, including third-party services such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, auto-surf, and click-exchange programs. These programs offer incentives for users to view webpages or click on ads, resulting in activity that is harmful to our advertisers.
We also advise against using third-party tools or services to increase your site traffic, as they may also result in similar invalid activity and your account being disabled. We realize that you may have questions about a specific service and whether it could potentially create invalid impressions or clicks. However, please understand that we're unable to comment on any particular third-party service.
1. Description of service
KryptoAds Network centralizes the advertisers who wish to promote products or services online and the publishers who are eager to generate revenue.
“KryptoAds Network” means the advertising network owned and operated by www.kryptoads.com.
”Advertising Material” means the text, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks and copyrights for any type of advertising including, but not limited to, buttons, banners, text-links, pop-ups, and pop-unders is created by an advertiser.
“Advertiser(s)” means one or more customers which create the Advertising Material, and authorizes KryptoAds Network as its agent to include it on the Publisher’s Site(s).
“Insertion Code” means the code in which Publishers are permitted to use Advertising Material delivered to the Publisher’s Site(s).
“Impressions” means the number of times Advertising Material is served to a person visiting the Publisher’s Site(s).
“Order” means an insertion order that is submitted and is accepted by Network Owner.
"Publisher Earnings" means the total revenue generates by running advertising campaigns for Publisher using the Advertising Materials.
"Campaign metric" (i.e. CPM, CPC, eCPM, CPV) the performance of the campaign, technology costs, and other factors relating to the campaign, the performance of Publisher's site(s).
“Unique Click” means the number of times, as recorded by KryptoAds server, a person visiting Publisher's Site(s), as identified by cookie or IP address, clicks on Advertising Material, provided however, that a click on Advertising Material by a particular visitor shall only be counted as a Unique Click once every 24-hour period.
3. Order, Delivery and Adjustment
From time to time, the parties may negotiate the terms of Orders under which Publisher will deliver Advertising Material for advertising campaigns to its Site(s) for the benefit of each Advertiser. Each Order shall specify: the types of inventory to be delivered (i.e. impressions, clicks or other desired actions) and the prices for such inventory.
Publisher shall ensure reasonably delivery of Advertising Material based on the monthly amount.
Advertisers may make adjustment to Orders, via revised insertion orders. These adjustments may include changes in the price at the placement level, changes in the inventory desired at the placement level, or changes in the contracted amount at the placement level.
4. Invoicing and Payment
Within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month for a specific campaign, Kryptoads will pay Publisher its Publisher Earnings for Advertising Material actually delivered by Publisher to each of Publisher’s Site(s) approved by KryptoAds during the applicable calendar month and for which KryptoAds has been paid by the Advertiser in accordance with Advertiser Agreement.
Publisher acknowledges that KryptoAds bills its Advertisers, and pays its Publishers, based on actual delivery. Additionally there is a minimum threshold on publisher payments in the amount of $10 dollars and any publisher below this threshold will receive payment when the cumulative reaches the minimum.
Publisher understands and agrees that KryptoAds acts solely as an agent for the Advertisers; and that KryptoAds shall only be liable to Publisher for Publishers Revenue based on payments from Advertisers that it has received without restrictions that constitute immediately-available funds to KryptoAds.
KryptoAds agrees to make every reasonable effort to bill, collect and clear payment from the Advertisers on a timely basis.
KryptoAds reserves the absolute right not to make any payments if the Publisher violates any of the terms and conditions set forth herein. KryptoAds shall not pay for clicks generated from KryptoAds house banners.
Publisher shall ensure that invoices display the time period being billed. Publisher shall invoice each campaign separately on a calendar monthly basis, in the month following delivery. Invoices shall be based on actual delivery amounts, not contracted numbers.
KryptoAds assumes no responsibility for paying income taxes on behalf of Publisher. By participating in the Network, Publisher assumes complete and sole responsibility for any taxes owed as a consequence thereof.
6. Delivery of Advertising Material
If Publisher is unable to obtain the Advertising Materials from the KryptoAds server on a consistent basis, Publisher shall cease delivering Advertising Material and shall contact KryptoAds promptly, but in no event more than one business day after the problem first occurred.
Publisher shall place the HTML Insertion Code on all appropriate pages within its Site(s). Publisher shall not alter, sell or disclose the HTML Insertion Code in any way without KryptoAds prior written consent. The HTML Insertion Code for Advertising Material may not be used on a web page other than one located at an approved Site and may not be distributed or submitted to any newsgroup, e-mail distribution list, chat room, guest books, or other location which would result in the execution of such code without a bona fide visit to an approved Web Site.
Advertising Material must not be modified from original format without consent from KryptoAds. Publisher agrees to use the Advertising Material provided for displaying not more than one ad unit per page view. Advertising Material cannot be placed in email messages. Publisher can not alter, copy, modify, take, sell, reuse, or divulge any computer code for the Advertising Materials.
KryptoAds shall have the sole responsibility for calculation of statistics, including Impressions and click-through numbers. Statistics can be deleted every 3 months, without advising users, for letting Network work faster.
Publishing place have to be always visible in the website and the code cannot be placed in rotation with other banners. At any time KryptoAds Staff may investigate any Site for violation of this Agreement. If during the investigation publishing place should not been seen publisher will be immediately rejected from the network.
Statistics shall be available to Advertiser and Publisher accounts. Users understand that online statistics may not be 100% accurate and that KryptoAds may make adjustments to online statistics at the end of each calendar month to account for, among other things, specific contractual provisions (i.e. bonuses) and statistical errors. In the event that coding on Publisher’s Site(s) generates substantial number of erroneous impression due to a technical problem such as server malfunction, coding alteration or a mistake in entering code, Publisher agrees to respond to the e-mail generated by KryptoAds technical support within 48 hours. If Publisher does not respond to this alert, KryptoAds reserves the right to (a) withhold payment on all Impressions and clicks delivered after the 48-hour period has expired, or (b) not show any revenue-producing Advertising Material on the relevant Site(s).
8. Fraudulent Impressions or clicks
Any method to artificially and/or fraudulently inflate the volume of impressions or clicks is strictly forbidden. Counts of impressions or clicks will be decided solely on the basis of reports generated by KryptoAds Advertising Network. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: framing an ad-banner's click-through destination, auto-spawning of browsers, blind text links, running 'spiders' against the Publisher's own website, automatic redirecting of users, pop-up windows or any other technique of generating automatic or fraudulent click-throughs and/or impressions. Advertising Material may not be placed on a page which reloads automatically and onto Pay to Promote pages or onto Pay to Click websites.
9. General rules for advertisers
The advertiser is fully responsible for any direct or indirect malware present on the campaign landing page. If the ads URL, the website itself or any location that the website redirect to with or without the visitors consent spread malware of any kind, we have the right to stop your campaign and ban your account without any refund.
- URLs/landing pages that promote or link to a website or any location with viruses, malware, exploits of any kind are not permitted
- Tech support offers are not permitted
- Promotion of alcohol, drugs, weapons, tobacco as well as any illegal product or service is not permitted
- Auto-sound is not permitted on landing pages and banners
- Fake anti-virus and any scareware offers are not permitted
- Auto-downloads are not permitted
10. General rules for publishers
By submitting a website, you confirm that you are its owner or webmaster. Any misrepresentation will result in the immediate deactivation of your account and the forfeiture of related earnings.
In order to protect our Advertisers and third parties from any form of fraudulent activity, the network may, at our discretion, terminate any account that we believe violates one of our rules or that has very low conversion ratios. We reserve the right to request server logs, analytic proof, and traffic source proof from our Publishers for investigation. In the case of non-agreement between the network and the Publisher regarding fraudulent activity, the decision of the network shall be the final. Any account that has been cancelled due to fraudulent activities or due to low conversion ratios will not receive payment. The network considers fraudulent traffic in such cases if the publisher tends to provide VPN traffic, Proxy traffic, Buying traffic and Auto-Generated Traffic, In cases where fraud has occurred and payment has been made, the network may take legal action against the Publisher in addition to closing the account immediately.
11. Publisher eligible website
The following are examples of publisher's website(s) that are NOT eligible for participation on the network:
Websites which contain material that infringes the rights of others (including but not limited to copyright and other intellectual property rights) or which promotes copyright piracy.
Websites with reference to illicit practices or shock human dignity: Contained with pornographic character staging minors (miners);
Contents making the apology of voluntary crimes to life, persons the integrity and sexual aggressions
Contents making the apology of the war crimes, crimes against humanity
Contents provoking discrimination, hate or violence towards a person or towards a group of persons at the rate of their origin or of the group they belong to (an ethnic group, a nation, a race or a religion).
Websites that participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam).
Websites promoting any type of illegal substance or activity (i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking, ‘phreaking’, etc.)
Websites with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice.
Websites that provide incentives of any nature to require or encourage users to click on ad banners (i.e., charity, sweepstakes, etc.).
Websites that are under construction or incomplete.
Websites with extremely limited audiences (less than 50 unique visitors per day).
Websites with more than 6 ads per page, sites with more than 2 pop- ups and / or pop-unders, sites with more than 1 exit pop up (all ad networks or affiliate programs together).
Websites presenting no added value to the users.
We do not accept artificial traffic. In case our monitoring system or quality managers detect bots, your account could be banned without payment.
Publisher’s Websites and content are at all times compliant with Organic Act 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, and shall not violate any law, regulation, rule or custom or violate, infringe or misappropriate any person’s or entity’s rights, including without limitation any property or privacy rights, including intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights or rights in name or likeness.
12. Limitations of liability
You expressly understand and agree that we and our affiliates, agents, partners shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
The Parties represent that they fully acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
